NOTE: At the time of Entry or other occasions during the Contest Period, Entrants may be presented the option to consent ("opt-in") to future communications from Sponsor, however, Entrants may decline this option. Opt-in consent to future communications is NOT required to enter the Contest and will not increase or improve one's opportunity to win.

Limits on Entries: You may submit as many Entries as you like, but each Entry must be submitted separately following the entry process described above and each such Entry will be evaluated as a standalone submission, on its own merits. Regardless of the number of Entries entered, each entrant is only eligible to win one (1) prize in this Contest. Entries received in excess of the stated limit will be void. Completed Entries must be entered electronically during the Contest Entry Phase and received by 11:59 p.m. PST on 03/05/2012. No other methods of Entry will be accepted. 6. Entry Guidelines: By submitting, uploading, posting, disclosing or otherwise making an Entry available in this Contest, each entrant warrants and represents that he/she has the necessary permissions (including that of a parent/legal guardian if the entrant is considered a minor in their country of residence) and legal right to do so; that his/her Entry contains only his/her own, original creations; and that his/her Entry conforms to the following Video Guidelines and Content Restrictions (collectively, the "Entry Guidelines").

Video Guidelines:

Video Content Restrictions:

Each Entrant accepts and agrees Sponsor and/or Administrator, in their sole discretion, may refuse an Entry, or remove an Entry from the public viewing/judging gallery and disqualify an Entrant from the Contest if they believe an Entry fails to conform to the Entry Guidelines or is otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules. Sponsor is not responsible for any expenses incurred in the design, production, submission, or delivery of the Video Entry.

7. Sponsor Judging Phase: At the conclusion of the Entry Phase, beginning 12:00 a.m. PST on March 6, 2012, and ending 11:59 p.m. PST on March 9, 2012, a panel of qualified judges designated by Sponsor (the "Judges") will, in their sole discretion, evaluate, rank and ultimately select five (5) Entries from among all eligible Entries received to advance to the final Community Judging Phase (each a "Finalist") based on the Entries with the highest cumulative score(s) in the following weighted criteria ("Sponsor Judging Criteria"):

In the unlikely event of a tie during the Sponsor Judging Phase, the winner among the tying Entries will be selected based on the Entry with the highest score in the Instructional Effectiveness category. Judges reserve the right in their sole discretion to select fewer than the stated number of Finalists in the event of an insufficient number of eligible Entries, or an insufficient number of eligible Entries meeting the minimum Sponsor Judging Criteria.

8. Community Judging Phase and Winner Determination: At the conclusion of the Sponsor Judging Phase, beginning 12:00 a.m. PST on March 12, 2012, and ending 11:59 p.m. PST on March 16, 2012, Finalist Entries will be displayed in the public viewing gallery on the Site. Site users ("Voters") will be invited to judge the Finalist Entries and cast their vote for the Entry they feel is the most interesting and effectively instructional ("Vote" or "Votes"). Completed Votes must be entered electronically during the Community Judging Phase and received by 11:59 p.m. on 03/16/2012. No other methods of voting will be accepted. Voters may be required to be connected to ("Like") the Site in order to cast votes.

Sponsor will track and capture the number of eligible Votes received for each Finalist Entry. At the conclusion of the Community Judging Phase, and subject to compliance with these Official Rules, the Entry with highest cumulative Vote total will be determined the potential winner. In the unlikely event it is necessary to break a tie in Votes among different Finalists or Entries for the purposes of determining the winner, Sponsor and/or Administrator, in their sole discretion, will reevaluate the tying Entries (and determine the winner among them) using the Sponsor Judging Criteria set forth in Section 7 above. No prizes will be awarded to Voters for Votes cast in this Contest.

Limits on Voting: Only one (1) Vote per person/email address/user account per day during the Community Judging Phase will be accepted and each Vote must correspond to a single Finalist Entry. Once a day's Vote is cast, subsequent Votes received on the same day from the same person/email address/user account will be void. Votes cast must correspond to a single person, a single email address and a single user account. Each Voter must personally cast his/her Vote and may not delegate by proxy or otherwise authorize another to cast Votes on his/her behalf, whether or not using the Voter's name, email address, or user account. Individual voters may not use multiple email addresses to cast multiple Votes and multiple Voters may not share the same email address. No other methods of Voting will be accepted.

Prohibitions on Voting: Any discovery by Sponsor or Administrator of an attempt by a Voter or Finalist to (i) submit, authorize, entice, solicit or otherwise receive by fraudulent or inappropriate means, including, without limitation, offering prizes or other inducements, more than the permitted number of daily Votes per person/email address/user account; or (ii) generate Votes by script, macro or other automated means, or (iii) use fraudulent or multiple email addresses or identities to cast a Vote; or (iv) request or grant request of authorization for another to cast a Vote by proxy; or (iv) use any other means to impair the integrity of this Contest, or to subvert or circumvent the Voting process or these Official Rules may result in voiding of all the Voter's Votes and disqualification of the Voter and/or Finalist and corresponding Entry from further participation in the Contest, or the adjustment, or resetting of a Finalist's cumulative Vote count to zero ("0").

9. Winner Announcement and Notification: On or about the week of March 19, 2012, after the conclusion of the Community Judging Phase, the potential winner will be announced and notified by email or mail using the information provided at the time of entry.

Potential winner may be required to complete and return within a specified time an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, and/or other documents, in the form provided by Sponsor, which grants the Sponsor a license to use the Entry for promotion of the Sponsor's products and services, as a condition of receiving a prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, is contacted and does not respond as directed within the time allotted after attempted notification, refuses the prize or is ineligible to accept the prize, or if the attempted prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. If a winner is eighteen (18) or older, as required, but a minor in his or her state, province or territory of residence, then the prize will be awarded in the name of the minor's parent or legal guardian, who will be responsible for signing any necessary releases and consents. An entrant is not a winner, even if a prize notification is received, unless and until the entrant's eligibility and the potential winning Entry has been verified and the entrant notified verification is complete. Potential winner must continue to comply with all the terms and conditions of these Official Rules.

Odds of winning: This is a skill-based Contest and chance plays no part in determining the winner. The odds or likelihood of winning the prize in this Contest will depend on (and is subject to) the number and quality of eligible Entries received and the relative skill of each Entrant.

In the event the preceding waiver of moral rights is unenforceable or invalid, and for the avoidance of doubt, each entrant acknowledges and agrees that Sponsor and/or Administrator is authorized to exercise all moral rights to the Entries.

Each entrant, finalist and winner understands and acknowledges that Sponsor has wide access to content similar to that being provided in this Contest, developed by Sponsor's own employees, or submitted to Sponsor from other sources, many of which may be identical or similar in material respects with an entrant's Entry and entrants, finalists and winner will not be entitled to any compensation as a result of Sponsor's use of any such similar or identical material that has or may come to Sponsor from other sources.

Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all applicable requirements as set forth in these Official Rules.

14. Release of Claims; Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties do not guarantee the processing or posting of any Entry or Vote. The Released Parties are not in any way responsible or liable for any breach of contract or any infringement or other violation of copyright or any other intellectual property right, right of publicity, or proprietary rights, or for any loss (including loss of opportunity), injury, damage (including, but not limited to, direct, indirect or consequential loss), cost, expense, or claim arising from or in relation to the Contest, or participation in this Contest, any Contest-related activity, or any Entry submitted, or for the authorized or unauthorized actions of Contest Participants, or other third parties.

By participating in the Contest each Participant agrees to release and hold the Released Parties harmless from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property resulting from his/her participation in the Contest or the shipping and handling, receipt, possession, loss, use or misuse of any prize awarded, or the fraudulent activities of others, or events requiring a cancellation or postponement of the Contest, or the lost, late, intercepted, incomplete, incorrect, inaccurate, delayed, illegible, garbled, damaged, or misdirected Entries or Entries not otherwise received by Sponsor or Administrator, or for hardware or software malfunctions, failed or unavailable network connections, or delayed electronic or other communications, errors, difficulties or impediments of any kind, whether human, electrical or technical in nature, relating to or in connection with the Contest, its administration, the processing of Entries or Votes, or the announcement of prizes or a winner.

Entries or Votes generated by script, macro or other automated means, or otherwise intended to subvert or circumvent the entry or voting process or any stated daily limits are void. Use of a false email account will disqualify an Entry or Vote. In the event of a dispute as to any Entry or Vote, or the identity of an Entrant or Voter, the Entry or Vote at issue will be declared to be made by the authorized account holder and natural person assigned by an Internet access provider to the email addressed associated with the Entry or Vote and he/she must comply with these Official Rules. Entrants or Voters may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

Sponsor and/or Administrator have the right, in their sole discretion, to reject or void any Entry that incorporates prohibited content or otherwise violates the Entry Guidelines, and/or to disqualify any Participant that subverts, circumvents, tampers with, or attempts to tamper with, the entry or voting process or the lawful operation of the Contest or the Site, or who it finds to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or in a manner otherwise in violation of these Official Rules. Sponsor and/or Administrator reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Contest, or any portion, if in their sole opinion, it has been compromised, corrupted, or cannot be completed as planned due to computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures, or other conditions beyond Sponsor's and/or Administrator's control, including without limitation, an insufficient volume of eligible Entries, and to select potential winner(s) from eligible, non-suspect Entries received on or before the termination date.

Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. While Sponsor and/or Administrator may take action against fraudulent activities of which they become aware, Sponsor and/or Administrator assumes no responsibility or obligation to proactively police Participants' activities, or to investigate any or all claims of fraudulent activity. Sponsor's and/or Administrator's failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

16. This is a Contest for prizes only. THIS IS NOT AN OFFER OR CONTRACT FOR EMPLOYMENT. Under no circumstances shall participation in this Contest, the submission of an Entry, awarding of a prize, or anything in these Official Rules be construed as an offer or contract of employment with either the Sponsor, or Administrator. Each entrant hereby acknowledges and agrees that no confidential, fiduciary, agency, or other special relationship or implied-in-fact contract now exists between him/her and Sponsor, or Administrator, and no such relationship is established by his/her decision to submit an Entry in this Contest.

17. Governing Law; Venue; Disputes: Unless the laws relevant for the domicile of the Participant provide otherwise, this Contest is governed by United States law. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Participants, Administrator or Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state of California, U.S., without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of California or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California, and except where prohibited by law, all legal actions or claims must be resolved in the appropriate State Court located in Santa Clara County, California.
